Deliver highly complex solutions with significant system links and dependencies and the associated risks. Focus on applications specific to the Capital Markets technology platform. Lead and execute development efforts such as analysis, design, coding/creation and testing. Participate in testing, deployment, maintenance, and escalated support for Truist’s most complex solutions.
ESSENTIAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Development includes but is not limited to analysis, engineering design, custom coding, software integration, configuration solutions or the use of applications that support equity, fixed income, derivatives, foreign exchange, loan trading and syndication, investment banking, credit, risk and integration tools such as MuleSoft, TIBCO or other event-driven message transfer capabilities or integration products to customize or generate a product.2. Run/run robust unit tests associated with user stories completed during the current sprint. Where possible, strive for automated unit testing by leveraging DevSecOps practices and tools implemented in the software development pipeline. 3. As a leader. ensures compliance with company and industry standards.4. Provide technical advice on extremely challenging or unusual situations.5. Lead/direct the design, development and maintenance of solutions and play an active role as part of a platform team during the product development lifecycle.6. Works within the function team framework and provides supervision of scrum teams and technical functions. As a member of this clerk-based team, it will facilitate feature analysis and decomposition to user story level using experience, judgment, and precedents to solve product challenges requiring software solutions.7. Work directly and consult with business stakeholders from the beginning of the design process, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering innovative, high-quality working software to meet the business objective.8. Leverage continuous engineering practices to effectively deliver business value. Responsible for supporting / guiding integration and functional testing. Insurance Code has been developed in accordance with the acceptance criteria established by the Product Owner.9. Mentor less experienced teammates to build technical expertise.10. May have responsibilities for managing people.

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information systems and seven years’ experience as a developer or an equivalent combination of education and work experience2. Experience participating in Capital Markets initiatives with a focus on IT Delivery5. Ability to convey complex information in a logical and clear manner6.
