Analyst/Employee – Global Markets Audit Matters, Third Party and Access Control, Governance and Oversight

Job description

Candidate will be part of the Global Markets Regulatory Implementation, Operational Risk and Issues Management Team within the Global Markets COO organization. The assignment includes supporting Global Markets Audit Issues Management, Global Markets Third Party Risk Governance and Global Markets Identity and Access Management, in addition to coordinating and supporting end-to-end strategic initiatives. In this capacity, the candidate will work closely with Sales & Trading, Compliance, Audit, Global Information Security and numerous other supporting partners. The ideal candidate has experience working on complex initiatives and developing control-oriented business processes.

Main responsibilities

Provide portfolio management oversight of global markets, including tracking and reporting to ensure timely resolution and compliance with legal and business requirements. Enterprise Information Security Policy Supporting Global Markets Third Party FLU Risk Governance Routines Helping manage end-to-end strategic initiatives, including building roadmaps for initiatives and tracking progress Coordinate, execute and document frontline compliance assessments by third parties and operational risk assessments Escalate issues for senior management decisions where appropriate and have the ability to influence senior executives Modify or create procedures, training manuals or other reference materials Individual should be familiar with data analysis to ensure relevant pieces are presented/reviewed against

Competences and Requirements

Exposure to financial markets/products Program/project management experience with demonstrated ability to build project roadmaps, manage various key stakeholders and take ownership of delivery Takes initiative and demonstrates a focused desire to understand responsibilities and drive/implement improvements Excellent verbal and written communication skills, balancing with senior leaders Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and SharePointAlteryx experience is a plus to positively influence others, regardless of seniority, to achieve results Able to adapt to changing business/regulatory environments Excellent time management skills and capable of multiple competitive/simultaneous activities Must be able to deliver results with limited direction and supervision Must be able to work well in a collaborative team environment, as well as independently
