Team Description Systematic Market Making team creates key liquidity solutions for clients and systematically settles key risk. Strats and traders sit and work together to improve models and move the company forward. Activities include ETF market making, synthetic basket trading, benchmarked client facilitation, centralized risk management and systematic internalization. The team uses algorithmic trading tools to execute trades in the market and statistical tools to make investment and execution decisions.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL As a statistical arbitrage Quant Researcher, you will play an integral role in the company. You work closely with traders and liaise with various stakeholders to generate and implement new products. We have a flat structure, you are exposed to the business from different angles and you get a lot of responsibility from day one. You will work on developing new systematic trading strategies for all macro asset classes that can be used by the trading desk to enhance the desk’s centralized risk management. You will also play a key role in the operational implementation of strategies and help automate workflows by developing systematic solutions to increase efficiency.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE LOOK FOR Qualifications

Quantitative background in engineering, applied mathematics, physics or any other relevant field. Advanced coding skills. Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis. Strong appetite to understand trading activities and quantify how markets work. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, showing initiative and impact. Able to work under high pressure and juggle managing operational responsibilities related to the desk’s trading activities We are open to requests for flexible working
